Enlarging Text on the Web
Each browser is different, but here are some tips on text resizing in some of the most popular browsers:
Internet Explorer
- Go to the “View” menu
- Scroll down to “Text Size”
- Choose between “Largest, larger, medium, smaller and smallest” depending on your preference.

Firefox and Netscape
- Go to the “View” menu
- Scroll down to “Text Size”
- Choose between “Increase” and “Decrease” depending on your preference.
Note: This can also be done with a keyboard shortcut. If you’d like to increase the text size, hold down the “Ctrl” and hit ”+” twice (if you’re using a Mac, the process is to hold the Command key and hit ”+”.). Safari
- Go to the “View” menu
- Choose between “Zoom In” and “Zoom Out” depending on your preference.
