Shipping and Handling

Orders weighing under 250 lbs. are shipped UPS ground or Fed Ex. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box, so a delivery address is required. Orders to an APO or FPO will be shipped via US Postal Service and may require more time for delivery.

Orders weighing over 250 lbs. are shipped by truck at the best available price. A Customer Service representative will contact you by telephone or email with the shipping and handling charges before your order is processed.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.

In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days.

Out of stock items will ship within 12-15 business days and the customer will be notified by email if an item is not in stock.
